I wanted to take some time to look at daily social media use statistics due to the importance of dissociation between reality and online interactions. There needs to continuous reminders and representation on social media for the amount of time spent online versus in your real life.

When we think about it this way it is important to ensure those two hours or more are utilized critically to benefit our lives.
